At Suede & Stone, we aim to process and ship all orders promptly. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

We offer free shipping on select items, which will be clearly indicated on the product page. For all other orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Suede & Stone is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. Any delivery issues should be reported directly to the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
