About the suede
Each Suede & Stone set is handcrafted from premium suede leather: soft to the touch, naturally textured, and designed to develop character with use.
Storage
Store the board rolled and clipped in its straps, away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture. Let the set dry fully before rolling it away if it has been exposed to damp air or a light spill.
Cleaning
Brush gently along the grain with a soft suede brush to lift dust and refresh the surface. Blot small spills with a clean, dry cloth. Never rub aggressively or use household cleaners.
What to avoid
Avoid soaking, scrubbing, heat drying, machine washing, and chemical cleaners. These can mark the suede, affect colour, or change the feel of the playing surface.
Travel use
The roll-up format is made for travel, cabins, hotels, beaches, and weekends away. Treat it like a favourite suede accessory: use it often, but keep it away from heavy rain, oil, and rough surfaces.
Natural variation
Suede is a natural material. Slight variation in colour, grain, and texture is part of each board's character, no two sets are identical, and that is the point.
Longevity
Cared for well, a Suede & Stone set deepens with use. Suede develops a soft patina over time; small marks become part of the story of where the board has travelled and the games it has hosted.
